The apartments are located in the Crown Fort development, part of the Grand Resort, between St Vlas & Elenite. This area is on the outskirts of Sunny Beach, on the Black Sea Coast.

Sunny Beach is the nearest main resort to the apartments. There are plenty of beachfront shops, with lots to do for the kids - bungee, face painting, theme bars, and even McDonalds!.

The beach has Blue Flag classification which is the EU mark of cleanliness and safety and because of the steady slope into the sea, it's great for the kids to paddle. The sea, which is very clean and warm in summer, is watched over by lifeguards.

There are three local water parks, as well as off road jeep driving, horse riding and great value markets in local towns.

St Vlas & Elenite are small but developing towns, just outside the thriving Sunny Beach. They are quiet enough for relaxing during the day with loads of amenities, but also close enough to the restaurants and nightlife for an evening out.

The season in Sunny Beach ranges from Easter to mid October, and the average temperature in summer months is 26-30C which is similar to Spain, France & The Canaries. Towards the end of September and October are also ideal times to visit as the weather is still warm and this time of year is perhaps more suitable for couples.

• There are over 140 restaurants, entertainment and folk-style spots, night clubs, bars, discos and cafes. There are also medical and recuperation centres available.
• Sunny Beach has an open-air theatre and outdoor cinema.
• For the shopping enthusiasts, there is a shopping centre, arts and crafts bazaars and plenty of farm produce.
• There are regular boat and bus connections to the district centre of Bourgas - 35 km and Varna - 95 km.
