The apartments are a five minute walk to a small, quiet beach and a 10 min bus ride to the heart of Sunny Beach (buses leave outside the development every 30-60mins).
The apartments are available between mid April to mid October. The Burgas airport is only 40 mins drive from the apartment, or if you fly to Varna this would be 90 mins. We can arrange transfers to the apartment. All of the accommodation is new for 2007 and so has brand new furniture and décor to make it a 'home-from-home'. 1 bed apartment (two available): The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a small block, south west facing (so you should have sun on the terrace in the afternoon). It has excellent sea views and overlooks the garden & pool. The apartment comprises the following: 
Main lounge, with double sofa bed: This includes 21in TV (cable TV) with DVD player. The room has access to a private terrace / balcony, with table and chairs. The Bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes, also with access to the terrace. 
The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and sink. The apartment could easily sleep 4-5 people, and is fully equipped with enough crockery, cutlery and accessories for this number of people. A separate camp bed is available on request. The kitchen area also includes a washing machine, oven, hobs, kettle, toaster, etc. The apartment is fully equipped with a cold/warm air conditioning unit to which can be kept at your preferred temperature day and night. Smoke alarms are also fitted (and checked regularly) for your safety. |
